Requirements

If you desire a rental of a U-Haul truck or a driver who can move it, you must fulfill the requirements below;

All of our customers are required to provide an initial deposit.
In case a customer requires an ACME Moving Labor, LLC driver to transport belongings through the U-Haul, they must meet the driver at the U-Haul facility. Waiting charges will apply if the customer fails to arrive on time.
The customer is required to pay for U-Haul insurance coverages, including Safemove Plus®, Pickup Truck and Cargo Van Coverage, Safetow® Protection, and Safetrip® before the driver is assigned.
In case the customer opts for the service, they can be contacted throughout the day on a moving day. This requires them to stay available.

I recently hired Kedric and his team to help with my move. I had a lot of anxiety about the move - I needed help to move my things into a storage container that would go across the country and Kedric both helped me figure out the best way to do this as well as made sure I knew what permits to request from the city for the day of loading and unloading. I hired them to move a studio apartment's worth of items into a storage container that shipped across the country (with U-HAUL - another service). His team was attentive and careful with my belongings while also being efficient. I watched as they carefully organized things to securely stay put. I also really appreciated the general friendliness of the team - moving long distances is a big deal and the last thing you need is movers who are rude to you, but that is the farthest I could say about this team. They helped make the move easy and less stressful and I'm very glad I hired them to help. I would highly recommend hiring them for your moving needs. They provide both a great service and are one of the more affordable services in the city.

Kedric Jackson is one of the hardest- working, most caring, conscientious, customer-service people I have ever met.He tackled a complicated, emotional move with kindness, empathy, creativity, adaptability, attention to detail and 15 years of expertise.During our first call on a Saturday night, I immediately felt relief knowing I could trust him to coordinate, pack, move and store my personal belongings. He moved mountains to meet my tight deadline.Kedric and I communicated through Zoom throughout the four-hours of packing and separating my belongings from the property owner’s while I remained in another state with a sick dog. He turned a stressful situation into a peaceful one.I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kedric and ACME Moving. Judy, the manager, is friendly and knowledgeable. The packing/moving team takes their job seriously and is very careful and organized while working efficiently to get the job done…and done extremely well!!I’m grateful to have found this company so I may begin the next chapter.
